“Living Life to the Fullest” best summarizes the simple philosophies that Eddie Yan believes in and practices everyday.  For the past 20 years, Eddie has been enjoying a successful career in Real Estate Sales, and better yet, he is still loving it day in and day out.  He takes pride in everything he does, and he never does anything with less than 100% determination and devotion.  A born fighter who never quits, Eddie loves his job as much as he loves life. 

From a devoted father of two to a volunteered minor league hockey coach, Eddie has achieved a lot outside of his successful career.  With both a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Simon Fraser University, Eddie also earned the Agent 9.15 designation, the highest level of licensing from the Real Estate Council of B.C.  He loves all kinds of sports, has earned a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and volunteers his time teaching underprivileged children martial arts.  Eddie also volunteers at Vancouver Community College where he teaches new immigrants ESL.  It is Eddie’s winning attitude in life and his determination to succeed that made him a top realtor for the past 20 years.
