Eddie has always believed in showing up with focus, positivity and commitment. A graduate of Simon Fraser University with a strong background in sales and customer service, he stepped into real estate in 1990 and never looked back. Over the decades, he built a reputation for hard work, steady judgment and genuine care for the people he serves.

Eddie holds the Agent 9.15 designation, the highest level of licensing from the Real Estate Council of British Columbia. He has owned and led a real estate company of more than 160 realtors, and he continues to be recognized among the Top 1% of all Realtors in Greater Vancouver. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, Eddie brings strong negotiation skills and deep market knowledge to every client he represents. His leadership and vision have shaped a team of dedicated professionals who share the same values and work ethic.

People matter most to Eddie. Many clients become long-time friends because they know he is sincere, reliable and always willing to go the extra mile. After 35 years in real estate, he continues to stay grounded, grateful and humble. He supports children in developing countries, serves as a GriefShare counselor at Willingdon Church, teaches ESL to newcomers at Vancouver Community College and contributes monthly to several charitable organizations.

Away from work, Eddie enjoys Bible study, drumming, violin, skiing, cycling, tennis, taekwondo and hiking. These activities keep him balanced and remind him of the importance of living with purpose and appreciation for the life he has been given.
